Returns

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tobacco or nicotine products unless they are defective.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued via your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
