Refund & Return Policy

Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tobacco or nicotine products unless they are defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued via your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

  2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
