What are your returns policy?

Our returns policy is simple, ‘if you don’t want it, we don’t want you to have it.’ What this means is, if for any reason you are not 100% Satisfied we will give you a full refund on return of the goods, no questions asked. If you purchase a Box of Cigars from us and don’t like the first cigar you smoke, just let us know, return the whole box and we’ll refund you for the whole box including the cigar you smoked…yes, crazy I know!
